That's insane! Tor Øyvind's car is something else... When I talked with him after Scc he had good hopes, as the eightmile times reaveled potential of F A S T runs if the track was good enugh... I guess he was right...  And while he deserves all the credit for an amazing engine and car, it has to be said that Jens Petter is no slow shifter either... H pattern isn't the quickest system Shocked And as to the material of his balls, let's just say it's amazing that he is a dad!!!

Totally amazing, well done to all involved,I think what you have achieved is incredible anyway, but to do it with a floorpan car is just mind blowing Shocked  Now everyone else needs to work harder to even get close, hopefully there is some video of this to watch,we can all learn from what you have achieved Smiley

How many Volkswagens are faster than this?

If I'm not mistaken two cars in the USA are in the sevens...

Holy C...!!!!

and when you think of how the Skinne beetle loves to play it wide, I was wondering if we, here on the lounge, had to chip in for a wheelbarrow to Jens Petter?! So he wouldn't get a sore back... .... I was thinking of the size of the man's cojones!!! Shocked Shocked Shocked

I think Tor Oyvind has this car so well set up that it would be slower in most race cars, now what could Tor oyvind Skinne do with if he built a car specifically for the purpose of 1/4 mile, that really would be interesting Cool

Lets hope he doesnt though, already they make the rest of us look foolish Shocked Sad

Unreal!

It's shocking to me just how far things have come. Back in the 90s I dreamed about a 10 second street car and most people said it was impossible.

I've thought about something ....can you get a HK situation where the theory curve bends ... and now suddenly it's better to weigh more, Huh for some kind of stability or...??!?

CONGRATULATIONS to ALL the team! Shocked Smiley Smiley

Today we all sit with fingers crossed! When are they running today?!? Shocked
