Thanks man! Thats pretty much the same except from a few details. There will be one more transmission mount in mine also, and then the bar behind the seat.

Another mockup with trans and engineblock.

Minor mods needs to be done to the trans mounts (not the cage itself), other than that everything is looking good...so far.
Great thing the cage was made the way it is as it make it possible to do changes later.

I need some advice regarding leveling the engine and trans correct. I have to do some adjustments to the brackets thats holding the package before i can proceed to next step.
What places on the engine block and/or transmission is usable when bolted together??

Just a pic..

Level side to side was done with a level -- -- level front to rear was done by what what looked "right" with the car and engine setting on the ground -- It doesn't have to be perfect, just what works for you -- you're not planning on doing any 24 hour endurance races are you???

I should follow your advice... and i think im almost done. Bougth a cheap laser-lever, and everything looks pretty spot on now. Just need to fill, and re-drill a couple of holes.

I love this car. Do you already have some progress?

I also have a question. Where did you find the 5" short swing axles?

Thanks, yes some progress, but no pics at the moment... been too busy and forgot to take pics. Will update some time soon.
I got my axles from Finland. SAW have also made them, but not many for sale as i have seen. Was a pair for sale on UAC a while back though..maybe they are still available.

Ladderbars and brackets in progress.
Also sent the front wheels away for sand blasting and paint. Keeping the stockers and will powdercoat them black.
