Hi

I have tried a lot different cams on nitrous.
The common sens is the more duration the better it works.
The reason is that the more duration the cam has the lower is the dynamic
compression ratio, so this is especially important if you are running a high
static CR, otherwise you have to retard the ignition to much to avoid detonation.

FK 45 was the best for Street & Strip Grin
86 C was the best for Strip Roll Eyes

You could try an FK47. I have a new one in a box that I was going to use on my nitrous motor. I am now running a Webcam 251 with a 14:1 compression ratio, with N2O! I'll see how it takes it, but I am not running a big shot. Fuel is VP C23. I haven't run it yet, but I was intending to retard the ignition by 4 degrees on gas, but could go more.

Ring Steve Long (he used to work for Babe Erson) and explain what you want and the engine specs and he will do a custom nitrous grind.  001-951-273-0816. I used to buy my N/A cams from him and he really knows his cams. He does a hard weld finish.

I have had good luck running a FK-87 straight up in a small motor with a big shot.
