Hi everybody. My name is Jordan, I'm 18. I come from northeast of France, near from Germany-Luxembourg and Belgium.
I'm in the Vw Scene since I was 6 years old, when my father bought me my first Vw Mag.
I'm a Cal Look fan, that's why I'm here  Grin

This is my ride:

(Thanks to "Speedwell" for the pic  Wink )

My parents bought me this beetle in 2003, I was 9 years old. Since this day, she doesn't left me.
We restored it, my father and me, during 3 years. (2005-2008) I will give you some picts of the restoration soon  Wink
So, we painted it on his original color, Pastel Blue L391. At first, she was Vintage, after we made it OldSpeed, and now, since 1 year, I decided to make it Callook, because I love that. I choose to put Flat 4 Enkei 5 spokes wheels, with 145R15 tires front, and 205/70/15 tires rear. I also choose to put T-Bars (Cal Look rules  Tongue), and a 4in1 header with a Phat muffler. She will receive a double T-Bird ceramic soon  Wink
She recently received a brand new interior, from "Harrington", on grey vinyl, and a new white vinyl headliner. I also put an original "Berg Rally 99' " shifter.
This winter, she also received a new restored engine. A 1600cc single port, with 1600cc Mahle kit, and Engle 100 AAC.
I choose to do an US style, so it received US Lights (front and rear) and an US Style license plate, with a Original plate frame from "Trans Ocean Motors", Pasadena.

So, I think I said the most important. I will give you some other picts soon.

Thanks

Perfect Pics offen an really nice Bug!!  Cool Cool

Thanks  Smiley

Let's talk about my wheels choice  Wink I always wanted to put an old model of wheels in my bug, especially OG Empi 5, but they are still to expensive for me. So I decided to put old American Eagles wheels that looks as much as possible like the real Empi 5 models.
Wheels are looking good, some little scraps on 2, but they are approximately 25-30 years old (I think ... If somebody could help me about this it could be cool  Grin ). It looks like they never were repainted, so they have the OG and patina look that I was looking for  Smiley

Just polishing a little bit edges, and it looks good!

OG American Eagles Hub Caps were really not in good shape, so I put 4 "Empi", awaiting to find 4 new American Eagles ...

I also decided, always on the way to look like in the good old days, to put 4 vintage looking tires. So I added 4 Michelin tires, XZX models to the front (145's), and XWX models to the rear (205/70's), that looks perfectly with my old wheels...

Don't hesitate to tell me your advices about my choices  Smiley
