Hair of The Dog Brewing -"Fred from The Wood" Barley Wine. 11.5% ABV. One of the best beers I have ever tried, and I try a lot.  Grin

Pyramid Snow Cap Seasonal Ale. I only got it because the local bevmo was out of Anchor Steam Christmas Ale. I did pick up two 8.5oz bottles of Belgian Scaldis Noel Special Christmas Ale 12% alcohol Smiley My friend who works there recommended it.

Wiliamette Valley Pinot Noir 2006

Not overly expensive but still a good wine.

I agree, great low buck wine. I just spent the weekend in the Willamette Valley- Salem, Oregon to be exact. All I drank was beer, lots of beer. I ate at Ram Big Horn Brewing for dinner last night. Growlers are half off on weekends, so I bought 4 -64oz. growlers filled with Big Red IPA, Butt Face Amber Ale, Total Disorder Porter and their Big Horn Hefeweisen for $5.00 each. Shocked http://www.theram.com/

Last night had Blue Moon which is a Belgian-Style white ale. Not bad. Wouldn't mind trying some different beers along this line.

It's Coors' lame attempt at a micro brew. Seriously, look it up. It''s not half bad for a Coor's Light. Grin
