10mm to 6mm Stud or a Timesert??

Ok, doing another Type III, the stud that is in the case for the oil cooler, needed to be changed, pulled the old one, it's a 10mm by 8mm step stud. Need a 10mm to 6mm long step stud OR, a timesert, 10mm to 8mm, then I can use the 8mm x 6mm long stud I have. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Well, made this up, 10mm OD X 6mm ID, I can use a 6mm stud or bolt. Was quick and simple.
