I am on the verge of converting my 70 to IRS. I have never driven an IRS bug before so want to see what all the fuss is about 😂
Seems silly to build another swing axle car again

Thats where I am with the school project 71 - I may as well put the brackets in while the body is off the pan, especially as I don't have a gearbox for it at all. My wife's cab project is IRS on its original pan but the replacement is swingaxle, so that'll get converted. And if the body ever comes off my car for any reason, it makes sense to put the brackets in there, just to futureproof it!

So mostly i have just been enjoying driving this when weather co operates!!! Have changed a few small things, main one being the T bars to bumpers & over riders which of course i made myself Grin, think it does change car quite a lot and am happy with it like this for now.
