Empi gtv

I have just got hold of a 67 empi gtv car, it's right but most of the stuff is still present, what value are things like the Guages, trims etc? Better to restore as is ? The car itself is rough but the parts are all pretty good! Can't see anything out there for sale at the moment to compare with, any help / ideas? The parcel shelf with speakers is there and the radio is a Sears one, would this be correct? It has all the chrome trims such as door edging etc, 4 Guages , oil pressure , oil temp, ammeter and red light along with tach. Only things that appear missing are external gtv badge and steering wheel
