I haven't taken any pics of my car in awhile... so, here:

Took the hubcaps off and decided to paint the lug bolts semi-gloss black. I rather like it... however, my girlfriend; not-so-much. Next time I take the car out, I'll meet her halfway; her side will get the caps and mine; none.

Seriously.

(Borat's voice) Very niiice.

Thanks. Looks like I don't have to put the caps on the passenger side, now. The last couple of days of her being around the car, she likes it.

Yep, I'm a lucky guy. She goes to all of my skateboarding/surfing/punk shows/car stuff events and doesn't complain a bit.

Hey guys I guess it's time to stop lurking and finally start posting. I've been into VWs since I came out of the womb and got my first beetle when I was 14. I've had it for about 12 years now and it's been my daily driver for about 7 of those. Because of the cost of college and because of marriage and buying a house I've never been able to get it much past the barely running daily driver stage. Anyways, shortly after I first got my beetle I read about the DKP club in Hot VWs and about their history the high standards and the legacy. The rest is as we say history...I was hooked. Anyways without further ado.... here's my ride.... (excuse the fake 8 spokes a guys gotta do what a guys gotta do)

p.s. the two cars that have inspired me the most probably are Sarge's and the old Bernard Newbury Dark Lord.....

This last one is how I'm driving in the winter here in Ohio. We just got about a foot of snow and this thing is like a snow plow.

I went to prague last year and I bought myself a 1952 flexaret III  two eyed camera.  I'm not a photographer but I like it to shoot some oldskool pictures with it.  My brother in law is an amateur photographer and he developed them for me and scanned the negatives.  Here are two pictures I took with the flexaret, digitalised...  The photos are taken in perkpolder in Zeeuws Vlaanderen on a sunny afternoon in 2009  Grin , Enjoy!

Hi pupjoint,

For 135s and 145s,  as i know it's out of stock for this moment.. but the new lot is coming.

By the way, actually my ride is run 165/65 on the front.   Grin
