This is from the Old World Show in Huntington Beach, Thanks to DJ Nacho for the picture.
He puts lots of photos on The Samba. This was a nice small show on the cobbles.
Thanks again to Cory & the guys from Da Kine Kampwagens.            Grin

Thanks for the compliments guys!
When you have something so long, it gets a little plain(?).

Yes, it is Berg5 equipped! ... Love it.
The alloys are real and are late 6s and 7s. On the suggestion of a friend I paint-detailed the rears like earlies and like them much more.
Now to finish the dual QPs and I'll be done ... for a while ...
Oops, forgot about the interior and engine ... always stirring the pot! LOL Grin ; Cool

quite refreshing indeed! better than the polished rim ones.
i'd still go for the frosty icing on the cake, anodised finish, still very nice and stable!!

All loaded up ready for a weekend racing.... had no luck though, a very bad lean condition which was traced to a number of different issues, carb settings, poor fuel and dodgy holley fuel regulators....

Kaferboy, nice looking car mate but please put it on the trailer engine first when you tow it, it would be a real shame to throw it down the road on its roof.

Not necessarily Matt, it's all about the nose weight! My race car was always loaded forwards and towed perfectly. Only a single axle, admittedly, but the axle was reasonably far back (centre line was about even with the B pillar) which helped. Wing on the race car may have helped too, certainly at 85ish...Wink

IMHO....someone here needs a primer on trailer set-up/safety.  Shocked    Otherwise, we could see another example of Darwin's theory of Natural Selection.

As long as the nose weight is right everything is optimal. In fact with light front wheel drive up front you better get it right. As these cars are not designed to carry more than about 90 kg's on the hitch (without changing the handling of the car).

True. It does not matter what direction the car is on the trailer as long as you have the correct weight on the hitch. I aim for 80 kg and I always have the car facing forward.

I`m suprised you didnt comment on the strapping  Cheesy
