Alunimium house I presume..
Big or small gussets?
Steel plates and bolts to hold the side plates?
Help wanted.. Snapped a gearbox in two..

Been reading up on t2 boxes as they are stronger. What is the set up of the car?

400whp / 535nm to the wheels.
Stage 4 + black magic
hydraulic clutch management
KCR built box on gusseted mag case, full weddle internals included what was an Weddle R&P...
Rhino case and bolted sideplates next..

Might be time to step up to a bus box. I'm sure Richie will be along shortly, but he was in a similar place back in the early '00's and he did a box virtually identical to yours.
It does mean IRS, but thats no bad thing really!

For this you need a bus box with folts or rancho axles. We just got one from rancho. Complete with IRS to swing axles

White Rhino main house
Weddle/Mendeola gear carrier housing + nosecone
Paul Guard diff
full Weddle race gear stack
Hopefully a Weddle R&P
Full circle sideplates with through bolt
Gearbox girdle/cradle thingy..

Rev6. It's actually more similar to a gen2 multistage than a lockup or multistage as the weights are on the engine side of the clutch, not the input shaft side.
