Sorry if this subject has been raised before but, where can you buy nice 1 piece window scrapers these days?...seems like the nice ones where you put the ali rods in the end to help them curl up at the ends are no longer available..I could really do with a set if anyone has any or knows where to get them
Thanks Lounge folk

Thats what I used . I used the larger one on the inside , smaller one bonded to black painted stock aluminium trim on the outside . I had to pie cut the ends to make them curl up , and trim the top part so it tapered out , but worked really well . They're made of plastic and rubber , so fore flexible than steel lined ones , and won't rust . I bonded them to the door with tiger seal , just scratched up the smooth plastic surface first .
Good smooth felt on the inside helps the glass rum smooth .

Also , their window channel is a million times better than the crap you used to get with one piece window kits .

I'll try post some pics of my results .

It was a pain in the arse job , but the seals hold the glass really tight , so way less rattle , and they roll up and down as smooth as a stock window .

Also from woolies , I got a pair of leather vintage car check straps . much better than those awful cable things .

Cheers , rob

Good evening Rob,

I hope that you do not mind me asking (I know this probably quite an old topic now), but which of the Woolies window channels did you use?

There are few ones listed and am not sure which to go for.... Embarrassed

Any help/further information greatly appreciated  Cool

Thank you in advance,
Martin Smiley
