 Smiley Thankyou all for your kind comments, it really does make it all worthwhile. It was a major stress getting the car done in time for the show but I'm sure glad we did!  Grin Grin

Because we were so busy with the car I never got to post about a sponsor we picked up, Direct Plastics - www.directplasticsonline.co.uk. Thanks to Paul Woodhead he supplied us with all the Lexan windows for the car and they are awesome!

Thankyou also to Stoo, Jamie Billau, and Wayne Allman who in the last 2 weeks helped us out so much we wouldn't have been able to finish it in time  Smiley

Ant those photo's are awesome, thanks!!

Hahaha Adele was told several times at the show by one of Jon Rathbone's crew men, Andy!

Micheal, Thankyou  Smiley

So I've had all week off from working on the car so now i'm itching so get started on it again and get this thing running! Bernie, if you read this, I've spoke to Kartek about the small/smooth CV joints and I'll be ordering those tonight so hopefully that will solve the clearence issues we have. (Rob passes on his regards!) Along with a few other bits all that's left is the wiring  Shocked Grin

Ok...

Good News... Motor started first time, Float bowls filled up, Good Oil pressure sounds pretty cool!!

Bad News.. One of the welded fuel fittings on the left pisses out fuel!! We cant fix it here but Wayne should be able too when he does the other bits next week hopefully! Also Still not quite got gears  Huh were working on the brakes now and then back to the gears!

 Smiley

Brief, and not great Video but you get the idea! At the mo we have run it up on C16 as we had no time to get C12.

"Martined" Does that mean: take a perfectly good running carburettor to pieces and mess around with it until it is fubar?   Grin Grin Grin ;

On a lighter note: Great work Adelle and Steve, can't wait to see the car on the track soon Wink matt
