CONGRATS TO ALL THE CAL-LOOK CLUBS WORLDWIDE ON THE FEATURE IN THE FEB.08 (CAL-LOOK) ISSUE OF HOT VWS. STEPHAN DOES IT AGAIN WITH A GREAT ARTICLE ON DKP,DAS,DWB,DFL,GEZUVOR,JG54 AND DVKK.. IT WAS GREAT READING THE INFO ON EACH CLUB.. HATS OFF STEPHAN AND HOT VWS

How about doing a feature on some other club that may not be all Cal Look but have nice cars. I am sure that there are quite a few clubs out in other states that have nice cars and would like to be featured. This issue was brought up in the past.

No mention of DKZ huh? I heard from the president that it was a very elite group and there were all kinds of initiation techniques a prospect had to "perform" before they could get their window sticker and so on. Maybe somebody can enlighten us a little more ont he club and its main focus. |

All I can say is that we (the DFL) got asked by Stephan Szantai about our club before Volksworld did it. But then there was a European Cal Look Club feature in KÄFER REVUE http://www.krmagazin.de magazine back in 2005. In the end it's not a new idea. I haven't seen neither Hot VWs nor Volksworld, but I will appreciate both articles. |
