Well, just scanning in the 300th NEW photo for the book. Got square eyes now from looking at monitor for so long.... only another 200+ to go. Rotten job but somebody has to do it! And boy have I found some neat stuff! Speedwell, get ready to cry! Cheesy

Massive thanks to Sarge (of course), Mike Johnston (DKP1), Doug Haydon (pics of the Haydon Bros race car and Doug's street car), Greg Brinton (so much cool 1980s material!!!), Roger Grago (all new DKPII stuff), Glenn Gaskey (proof that the 1980s weren't all graphics and pastel colours), Deano (blue '67 anyone?), Mike Mahaffey (yes, ALL his photos and dyno sheets - 198hp street car over 35 years ago), Ken Jevec (too cool), Jere Alhadeff (the motherlode), Art Alvarez (DKP1) and.... ALL Jim Holmes's photos (yes, THAT car!). Still to come - Bill Schwimmer's albums and Ron Fleming's NEW box of photos he's just discovered.

The sun is shining in SoCal and I'm stuck indoors at Doug Mische's scanning.... Life's a bitch (and then you publish a book). Grin

Not many....but a piece of trivia. The wheels on Harvey Rosenthal's DKPII sedan were John Lazenby's old rims.

Only two - one showing it with trunk lid open, the other just a close-up three quarter front. Not much to go on, I'm afraid!

and if you need someone to make make actual photo's out of some black and white negatives i would be honoured to help. i love the darkroom work.  Wink
