Rick, you had beige running board covers? I'm old and I think the memory's toast. HAHAHA!!! Could've sworn that you had black ones. Oh well. This must be why Abe Simpson always forgets to attend his Dealing With Senility 101 classes.

Was that the recess bell? Let's go ride our bikes!

Very observant my friend... different drums.

I swapped out the 5x130 drums for 5x205 drums so I could put beater wheels and tires on the '67 when it was outside.

a few old pics, notice the org club sticker we put white behind them so you could see them they were printed on clear back grounds and were hard to see so we thought the white would make them stand out, lasted a few months before we went to the new and improved brown ones

That would be fun. Please post the pics of your '68. I need the inspiration. I got a line on a '69 that the wife just gave me permission to get. I think I may try to put something together for the '09 gig.

Can anyone say ROAD TRIP! Jersey Represents!

Hey fellers, I'm happy to say I'm the new owner of a '69 sun roof sedan. Toga white, red interior with 19,000 original miles. A blank canvas.

I still gotta arrange shipping and when I get it home I'll post a few "before" pics.

Congrats, Jeffrey! Very stoked for you. I spent the day at Drag Day lookin' at potential cars to buy. Found a '67... but still thinkin' about it. Sounds like you scored a great car. Post up some pics when you get a chance.
