What's the maximum dimensions for an Avatar on the Lounge?

Got a better scan of my avatar and I'd like to use it.

As far as I can see, we only have a limit on 65px by 65px, but this should be resized if the image is too big. There are not other limits as far as I can see.
Give it a try and let me know if you have problems and I'll change whatever needs changing

No Problem Bibbe. I know that the forum software will resize what ever I use. I just wanted to resize it on my own and then upload it.

There are two advantages of doing it this way. First, if I resize it in photoshop, the image will retain more detail. The second depends on the way the software you use resizes the picture... it could just take my file and "force" it into a smaller box... this is a standard feature in HTML. If done that way, then there is a delay for loading the larger file and then "forcing" it into the smaller box. The other way the software could work is that it could resize the file when it is uploaded and then save out a new file for it to use. In that case the delay would not be a concern.

No need to change anything Bibbe!

I'm just trying to be a good & considerate user.  Smiley

Thanks!
