Bought these yesterday Cool

What are those?? I remember seeing a set of those at a HotVW's Drag Day years ago, and they were cheap! Talked myself out of it though...

Does anyone know anything about these wheels? I gather they're Swedish – and I like them (a lot)!

these bad boys recently popped up on a samba ad - brahem race wheels from mexico. They are kind of industrial looking, but I would run them anyday!

I pained my factory silver so they don't stand out.  (sleeper)

so, what are the best 4 lug wheels?
must be a dilemma for people like me owning a 1500 '67, so old model and 4 lug wheels. it just don't look right!
converting to 5x205 is just too expensive and fuchs wheels are being sold for ridiculous prices...  Undecided

I went with 4-lug EMPI Lemmerz Sprintstars: 145 radials on 4.5's and M&H street slicks on 5.5's:

i like those 5 lug perdini's, but not the price... the 4 lugs have gained my blessing over the years, but not on a type3.

My 57 ragtop AZORed

AZOR wheels are perhaps rares, only 2 sets knowned and only one is complete (mine) with all center caps ans bolts.
The other set is owned by an other french guy who lives 150km far me and who drove a perfect green razor KG riding on américan racing.

The grey FPS (Fabrica Pedrini di Siena) 5x130wheels set showned higher was mine before I sent to a californian guy.
They are so much light (not like GB but like Fuchs) and in very good shape because perhaps NOS.

Ritchie, were those F.P.S. wheels originally for a 914-6 and/or 911? Are those the original center caps? Whatever the case, great looking wheel. I'd run 'em.

don't settle for fatlips, they make the rim look small and it just doesn't look 'right'.
