Very cool indeed  Seen these on a few outlaw 356's , did think about collecting a set through fleabay but the sellers I contacted dont seem to know the differace between a 17" and 15" wheel   |

Yeah, they are nice. I like that they are anonymous and very light. With some paint and some tricks they can look quite oldschool racealike as well. Problem is to find 4 of them and when you have found them you have to remove the red anodized paint.

All the 951 wheels are 5,5" ET 30 and made in Norway  |

Easy Off oven cleaner will remove anodizing before your very eyes! Those wheels were also made in 16", very rare. |

I must be colorblind; Excellent option for your early Porsche. This alloy wheel is very light (approx. 10 pounds) and it fits most early Porsches without any modifications. Offset is 30. Wheel is finished in Porsche silver metallic. Not to mention the price.... |

Hi guys,
not shure if they look good for cal-look bug.
Have them on my car only in winter.
They should be Dan Guerney wheels in Porsche PCD.
(found only 1 picture where they on a Porsche. It was in a Ultra VW Porsche meeting report)
Maybe anyone have an idea?
I've 8 of them. Bought years ago from Jürgen/DFL.
There's only 1 originally in Porsche 5x130. Others where drilled to Porsche PCD.
Will take pictures with tyres fitted.

We used to call those Can Opener wheels in the '70s/'80s. They polish up nice and were mostly seen on Porsche 914 & various VW cars, back then. Personally, never cared for 'em. But it's your car and if you're happy running 'em, go for it. I assume that you have the center caps for them, yes?

I noticed that your MH DOT`s are marked "out" My tires did not have any marks, how do I find the direction? They do look identical and do not have any marks as far as I can see.

Don't remember if mine were marked out or not but I mounted mine and marked the rims right and left on the inside and just keep them on the side they are marked. I don't think they are directionalmarked with arrows but true drag slicks from M&H are marked with arrows molded in the rubber. |

I looked and did not see any indication of direction for the tire. John probably has a reason, and marks them accrodingly........dunno.
