Do Japanese headlight specs differ from the USA? Why does that row of cars have their lights removed?

Yes they do differ, they drive one the "wrong side of the road" Grin so the asymmetric is the opposite of "normal" to the right.

Frenchy, that is amazing! Hope your Ghia is still in tip top shape and the current owner has lost interest, and wants to get into drifting Lincoln Towncars. Hey, I wonder if they have a VW Blue '67 with DDS pie pans kicking around in Japan as well?
