Here's my Surfin'Bird.
I use it to go to work and back every day, it's a head turner in the parking lot.

Here's in Chimay racestrip, Belgium, during European Bug-in #4

That's a farmers field across the track. The photographer is sitting in the stands with the crowd....there were a lot of cars and people there that night. It's funny how it looks empty in th photo?

Eric Ellis had posted one of the Blue Car back in 2008 when we still have the Porsche alloys.
At the risk of igniting a "What is a Street Car" debate, the Blue Car is far from a daily driver, but does see the occasional squirt on the street. Still has current tags and insurance. Less of a street car than some, more so than others. This was at a West Coast Hot Rod event in late March

Hey Mike if you can drive it down the street its a street car!  Wink

Heck on the classic weekend I went for a Street Rip around Chino in a certain White 67 Bug that went Deep into the tens..... 3rd gear at 8000 Plus RPM was pretty fun  Smiley

Would love to post the in car video I was attempting but half of the footage is of the Headlinder and the other half is of the floor pan LOL!!!

We are loosing all the good test roads to Urban sprawl..............
