I can highly recommend the DFDS service JHU is refering to below here.

Did you check the Brevik (Telemark) to Immingham?

Less than half price from what I can see on their home page:

When we enquired about Immingham to Brevvik for SCC it came out to be around £1800 for 4 people, Motorhome and Trailor. If you are only going 2 people it was around £1400/£1500.

If anyone does decide to do this, we can always meet you as Immingham is only 55 minutes from us, and only 2/2.5hrs towing from Santa POD.

If we can help at all please let us know!! We also have spare beds and room for a Trailor/s  if anyone wants to stop after Bug Jam, if you are travelling back the following week Smiley

Me and a friend plan to visit Bug Jam this year. So I wonder if some one know how much the ferry cost between Calais and Dover for one car and two pers. Can one just show up before the ferry leave the port, or must you reserve a head....

This years Bug Jam is gonna be awesome - a really great turn out from O/FF. I just hope I get a chance to watch you guys on the track rather from from the pairing lanes.

Adele, I saw your '11' great stuff.

See you all a week Thursday.

Book ahead, if you arrive early they normally put you on the next available ferry.  Book online and its normally a maximum of £100.  Try Norfolk line Dunkirk to Dover, normally cheaper.
