Just to say we wish you all a very merry Christmas and hope 2009 is a top for us all.
Thanks for 2008 - it has been great, despite the weather, fuel prices, the credit crunch and whatever other hurdles we have had to jump over.
You have a top Christmas and we'll see you next year!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone at VolksWolrd & on The Lounge. It was a bad year, financially, for many of us... but let us hope that '09 is a brighter one. At least gas prices are at an all-time (in almost ten years) low.

Ivan,

VOLKSWORLD is a class act. Glad to see it still in circulation. Was glad to meet you in 1994 when we came over for the VW show. At that time, unfortunately, your car had just had a fire that you were telling us about.

Hey, is is possible to get really old copies of the magazine. VOLKSWORLD did a full feature on my 67 Bold Carribean Teal car, shot by Keith Seume and story by Keith as well.  I believe it was in a late 95 or early 96 issue.  I used my original for making a plaque for the car but would like to get a couple past issues on it.

Have a wonderful holiday seasion and be sure to drop me a line.

Lee,

Good memory. It was in deed! Saved parts and finally found the donor car to build it around. It was a one owner 67 when I purchased it from an 85 year old woman. Got the car for $900 with Scat Pro Car seats in it and the car had never even been hit. Regret letting it go now!
