Still working on my goal.
But think it will happen now.
Got the remelle heads fitted with valves by JPM.
Also JPM made me a custom cam, so going to spilt the case and install the new stuff.
And a bit of test fitting.

Yes, it is in and running.
wanted it to be ready for EBI, but missed the dyno time.
Working on small leaks, which is a bit more time consuming then I want.
And everything needs adjusting, nothing for type 4 in beetle fits well, so a lot off time consuming adjustments.
But it is running and sounds great.
Hope I get it ready in time, fingers crossed.

Good stuff.
I'm having to re build my type 4 turbo, because someone on here lign bored the case wrong, so as there are no 1 mm case bearings available, I'm having to start over with a standard case. I think it's bad that us type 4 guys are have to take a big risk on a case that's standard, going to 0.50, which if done wrong, renders the case scrap until bearings are available, which might be never.

Well I know the problem.
But if I see case bearing sold, I always order a few. (from him http://cal-look.no/lounge/index.php/topic,32466.0.html)

Well, I always go to germany for line boring. It is only 1,5 hour drive for me.
