Thanks Mycha and 54.

It's certainly been a lot of fun watching the car come together and this makeover has definitely put the fun back into driving it.

I know it's a bit early but am starting to sort my car out for next year's Euro Bug-In. Apart from a bit of engine work I'm thinking of adding to the paint, but am not sure which way to go. I still want to retain the '70s vibe so any suggestions gratefully received.

If it was mine I'd be tempted to get the interior all tied in to the theme of the car,
how about getting a really nice red 60's/70's style flowery or paisley pattern cloth, there was a blue (Japanese?) car recently in Ultra or Volksworld with that style interior and it looked ace.....

The car is now at the Paintbox and will get a whole load more signwriting this Friday/Saturday.

Should have a few more pics soon and the full story will be going in issue no.3 of Type magazine out early 2011.

Well the car's been with the Paintbox, Prosign and Phil of the West for a few weeks now and things have moved fast. Phil has now got the engine on song and Neil M spent a long weekend on the paint.

Here's a taster pic of what he's been up to.

The car will have a full feature in the next issue of Type magazine.

If you haven't heard of us yet go to www.type-magazine.com and see what we've been up to.

Looks very similar to the old Super Bee logo Wink

Are you going to do anything interior-wise?
