You are right that the car has been featured in Volksworld and other VW magazines as well. But its not the car you refere too, I remember that one as well from mid 90:ts. There was a yellow oval with Billet bumpers and Saab 3 spoke wheels.

Looks like the sale will not go through.  Undecided

Its yours for 15 000 EUR as is.

Some more details:
Lowered and narrowed front beam.
Disc brakes stock VW all around with Saab calipper in the rear.
Tranny is from a -69
6x15 and 7x15 Budnik wheels with 185:s in the front and 225:s rear.

Body got new paint last autumn.
Suicide doors are electrical manouvered via remote control
Leather seats from Porsche 911 with matching remade stock rear seat.
Great sound system.
All upholstry new when car was built.

1915" engine
Demello crank
35,5x40 heads ported with matched intakes
Weber 44:s
Full flow oil system with external cooler.
Lighted flywheel
Alternator
Ceramic coated 1 5/8" Fat Boy merge system

And so on....
