LOL Can Anyone Find Shubee in those DVB Pictures?? He's in Both Pictures Of the Club LMAO Just a Punk Kid Then. Hint First Picture has my Ghia Behind the Mad Pineapple I am the the third one in on the Left in the white t shirt The Second Picture I am next to Frenchy Behind The Mad Pineapple anyone reconize Frenchy? you cant see his Bell Bottoms LMAO he was the Disco Duck Back Them LMAO Looking at those pictures Brings back Memories I can still remember most everyones name in the pictures.. WOW!! over 30 years ago!! |

Yep thats me and the second picture I am Behind the Mad Pineapple next to Frenchy lol thats Frenchy to the Right, Behind the Ladie with the Shades on LOL Yes I was in DVB first then some of us left DVB and started DSK in 1976 Third Guy From The Right of the Picture is Mark Rosevear and his wife Linda his Dad Ron and Uncle Lynn Rosevear Owned Auto Haus...

WE WERE MORE IN TO OUR CARS AND THE CAL LOOK IF YOU LOOK IN THE BACK GROUND those BEATER BUGS and Buses WERE ALSO IN THE CLUB The Guys that Left had Fast Clean Cal Look Street Cars When We Started DSK in 1976 We Wanted Quality not Quanty We Had 27 Members which over the years we had 19 of the Cars Making it in to Hot VW's Mag, and VW Trends 6 of them were Cover Cars Not Bad For A Start I Remember the First Bug Ralley We Went To it was put on by Keep on Buggin VW Club We Took Most Repersented Club And DVB was Pissed Since we were a new Club, Half The Old Clubs there Wondered who the hell DSK was We Made A Big Impack Back In 1976 with the VW Club's, WE Based Our Cars off DKP 1 and DKP 2 also DRF DRA These Were The Real Cal LOOK Clubs with Real Old School Style The Way IT Was not the Way It IS.. It will be a While Yet But When My 67 is Done It Will BE a BLAST from The Past True OLD SCHOOL CAL LOOK WITH BIG POWER!!

waouww cool stories shubee i like it, is scott baken was a member of the der selten kafer klub i saw one time is red 67 in a magazine that was a cool car i saw he had is jacket klub with t shirt klub , but now he's a member of the dkp , does he still own today is 67 and gary justus was a member of hte dsk too i said that because there's the stickers on the windows |

Scott Joined DKP III after he built the Clone of the White 63 Ragtop on the Cover of Hot VW's Feb,1975 He Copied the car to a tee He wanted the DKP stickers so he Joined he also got a set of Original Paint by Becker Bug House stickers just like the Car Had in the Day Scott Sold the 67 in the Picture I saw it at the last Hot VW's Drag Day Scott is also building a 63 Convertible with BRM's and big Motor Powdercoated Pan Lots Of Chrome Real Sano The Car in the Bottom Picture is not a DSK car the sticker is different Might be DSSK but not DSK Scott has had alot of Red 67's LOL
