...im ok, but the car has seen better days...
Hope there's lot's of stuff that can be salvaged out of it, the damage to the car sucks but it could be worse as I'm sure everyone has said endlessly since! All the best sifting through the wreckage and I look forward to seeing your next race car sometime maybe.  |

this one is better thunderbug the first , look the rear wheels are appliance wheels normally the car had mitchells or spun wheels but not this model

yes it falls into the gasser class. originaly built 78/79 NHRA I/G class. a tube frame prostock way ahead of its time.a little birdy told me it could possibley be thundering down the strip sometime in 08. will see littel birdy will see. UD.

What a great post! It brought back so many memories of watching (most) of these cars run in the 70's. I have a bunch of pics I took from the 70's and I'll get them scanned and load em' up. There are some doozies of old classics. Also, can't believe Shubie is still around. Yeah, yeah, I disappeared for 25 years and you did'nt. I remember when you collected all those original BRM's and just gloated. Rick meredith.... wazzup? Dyno Don, 'member me? The "Worm" is back! Building a 66 right now for my 16 yr old son. I have been bitten by the.... ah you know.
