Thanks guys! I am looking forward to next year's racing - I think it's going to be a very exciting one, what with all these turbo motors being built everywhere. The car is still on the same valve springs, but will pull the motor over the winter for some extra mods Marco and I have in mind. Having attended JPM's workshop for the dyno day, and spoken with Johannes at length, there are a few little tricks to be done over the winter. I am so impressed with my Raptor cam: it made an extra 56 hp on the dyno with no other changes whatsover at base boost pressure (14 psi). When we stared to feed in extra boost the response was amazing. Looking at the linear upward trend of the hp on the graph, it looks like the power would continue to climb sharply given extra boost or rpm. However, over 600 is more than enough. For a while... Big thanks to Marco and Johannes for the cam design and also RK Engineering for the dyno time. Must also thank Martin at Taylor machine for fixing my busted lifter bore in record time. Without his excellent, speedy work the car would never have made Bug Jam! Cheers

Thanks, Kalle

Kalle, the previous cam was a Web cam 86b/c. B on the intake and c on the exhaust. 112 lobe centers.
