3. Finish all the things I have planned for my bug.
4. Going to California for some VW events.
5. Have a trip through Finland-Sweden-Norway with my car.
6. Then put my car on a boat, and have a trip through USA, then again to Japan, Australia, New Zealand...  Grin
7. Build a Karmann Ghia.
8. Build one of the many non-VW cars I'd like to own (356, 911, Opel Kadett GT/E, Alpine A110, Lancia Stratos... Roll Eyes).
9. Get the ability to play every musical instrument.
10. Win the lottery and spend the rest of my life working and racing on classic cars.  Tongue

9. Build a 150hp 36-horse engine
10. Throw away all the stupid MSD crap…

For a cat owner, I have to say... you've got great taste, Keith. I fully agree with those two! Points is the only thing I'll ever use in my VWs.

The only way to make 150hp from a 36 horse is to glue 4 of them together & use an MSD. One of my cats tried to kill Jayburn once.

Some great lists on this thread. Most of which look very attainable, too.

ROFL! This explains Jayburn's stance towards felines.

1.  Drive the '67 to the Classic for the week.
2.  Take '67 on at least one leg of the Hot Rod Power Tour.
3.  Build an 1883 (85.5x82) mileage motor for >30mpg on the power tour.
4.  Go to EBI or SCC
5.  Finish the '64
6.  Get a Wally with an SS/VX car.  How cool would it be to make a pass against an 8.20 second Hemi Superstocker and put it on the trailer!
7.  Buy the Brasilia in Carmen, Bohol and drive it when in the Philippines.
The rest aren't VW specific...
8.  Roadtrip with my kids when they are old enough.
9.  Build a 32 ford highboy roadster
10. Live long enough to do some of this stuff.

Only one to do after death!

I wish to be cremated, Packed in a chute, and then when that bug is screaming at 10,000rpm and hitting 140mph the chute is pulled and I disapear in a cloud of dust!

You need to sort out the gearing first, though. 14mph per 1000rpm is kinda low!  Grin

Hi, I'm new here but here goes my list:

1) Build a "real" vintage speed beetle out of my '59 Grau Frau with aluminium airplane seats, Moto-Lita wooden wheel and lots of holes everywhere Smiley
2) Finish it's engine build project with the Judson in it working
3) Do a dyno run (my first ever) with it and hit 60 bhp (off the engine)
4) Make a roadtrip to Sweden with friends and drive my first 1/4 mile with the old-speed motor
5) Buy a double cab, install a 2 liter in it, swap disc brakes in, hit the ground with it and turbo it!
6) Get a bay-window and make it look right for the trips. Attach a trailer and take Grau Frau with me.
7) Go to California for the second time and spend some time in the VW scene.
8 ) Move to live in the Bay area.
9) Take my '59 to the states or take it's engine and plant it in a future drag-project and do a run in the salts - yeah, I'm talking Bonneville here! (And break the landspeed record muahahaha my evil plans!)
10) Sell everything and buy a Porsche from the 1970's Smiley Then do all the same things but Porsche.

I've been to Wolfsburg and it's mindblowing museum, but I would like to see EBI and SCC too sometime. Hopefully I live long enough to do so!
