im agree with you about spacers...i can only use for 8mm. cause stud nuts are not long enought. next stop i'll try to do somethin.......by the way they are 5.5" and 6". thanks.

Thanks for sharing. I use 1.5" TÜV certified spacers together with my 6" Fuchs on my 67 but I have also converted to short axles. The spacers have studs so that I can use the original Porsche nuts.

She is up on axle stands at the moment. Needs some tidying but nothing much. Couple of parking dings after a life in London for a while. Now on OEM Gasburners, T bars, fabricated cabrio decklid and no lucas indicators anymore but soon to re appear.
I have a bigger 2387cc engine than she had originally but on the same gearbox as when Volksworld featured.
Had a few hard times financially recently but hope to be back up and running pretty soon. Will try and get some current pics up soon.

Love the 67 but also love the Split next to it Do you have any info on it? Judging by the Autocavan van in the background this photo was taken a few years ago.
