So who else has a bit of the Ron Townsend car?
Got a signed shirt somewhere, "upside down at 100mph!"
I have a chunk of flip front, complete with Carter's Gerbox Shop signwriting, plus Ron's signature etc. Also have a smaller piece of the original Bugpack Pro-Sedan, along with some of its aluminium interior, following Ed Fulton's crash. Morbid, ain't it?

Its me, Dirk, you remember?? 2005 Karmann Ghia show in Georgsmarienhütte.....
We had a few beer here on my balcony.....(and some pork too)
Haha! Good to hear from you Dirk.... yes it's me.... you don't need to explain who you are (it's not been that long has it??!!). I will never forget my friends from DFL. Good times.
Yes I'm actually undernieth you in Oz land right now. Not many people into Cal-look out here.... so far I've heard of 1.
Hope to come back and see you all sometime soon. (I think Sven will have words to say if I don't anyway!)

Fonz would have been on here sooner but he only just got round to getting electricity set up at home, next year it's time for furniture!

I remember StreetVW and his brother. Good times even though our cars weren't 100 point cal-lookers
Maybe I shouldn't have taken the photo. Ignorance is bliss. I should have been concentrating

Keith, I don't think I want to know if you had to google for that or if you already knew where to find it!!

I've been learning from Richie.... the less you spend at home the more you can spend on the car. Fortunately it doesn't cost much to have one of the locals rig his bike up to the genny.

Hang on..... I thought Martin went with you. Surely with Martin there there is no need for telling amusing stories.

Glenn - Am in Melbourne. Not a bad place for VWs as the old factory was based here.
