nice car but she looks better with the sprintstars   Wink

Disagree! BUT, that said - it could definately do with a harder look which is quite difficult with that colour. Bigger rear tires or get the wheels further out would help and with a little practice I`m sure Torgeir can park his car a little better before the blitz starts flashing  Wink

Kalle, not everyone is about the pose :-P

Now that`s sounds like a interesting project thread here on The Lounge. Pictures - do not forget pictures  Smiley The question is, how much GO? Will this car finally get what it deserves?

here's a shot of my 1964 "GTV"

I bought the car in 1996 thru Michael Hess and Dave Orozco from Jim Mayo!

since then i sold it once in 99 and got it back 2002, the car was built up in the early 90's in Northern California.

It's a 64 Sunroof US Spec Body on a 66 Balljoint Pan, the gearbox is a Long Ratio Freeway Flyer :-) Cruises Lovley!

I still have the 1500Singleport in it with a Holly Bugspray and Four-Tuned Exhaust header.. the plan is to fit my 1750cc (69X90mm Alu Nikasil Cylinders) with a set of EMPI 40PII Carbs... hmmmm Time Time Time... eventually i'll get around to doing it...

I've not posted a picture of mine so far!
September '67-built '68 model, rebuilt to look like a proper '67! Now with T-bars instead of bumpers, 4.5" chrome 4-bolt sprints up front and Flat 4 BRMS at the back, and a serious case of laquer peel... Angry Got my old 1584 with 36 DRLAs in it at the moment, but should become home to my 12-second 2007cc motor at some time!

GOOD lookin' car. The only thing I'd do is remove the rear gravel guards & install the 2.0 liter center caps (wheels), if it were mine.

There is something about this car that just does it for me.  Probably my all time favorite late model, EVER.

Ted's '69 is the best late model Sedan that I've seen since the early '80s.

In keeping with the thread, here's my '66 at either Bug-In 30 or 31... I forget. D'OH!

Thanks... what also helped is that those headlights came over from Germany off of an early Bug. And the lenses were from a '60s Porsche 911. Any European part that I wanted, I got it. I miss having my friend living there. I could use that, now with my BMW and Volvo. HAHA!!
