For a gasser look leave the t-bars away and leave the holes open,besides saving weight Grin its the gasser look from back then.

Michael if you want the car to be legal for UK competitions (Should you come over here) the plates need to be 6" x 6"

Fahrvergnugen is just f@##$king with us,the pic of the door is taken as he was fitting it in my car to make sure his meisurements are correct. Wink

Hi Michael, I think the floor plates for the cage can be bent only if they are welded in! But you will have to check the MSA rule book, perhaps one of the Outlaws can help here???

Worked on the rear fenders as they had the egg taillights instead of the heart taillights.


I took the slicks of to put them in a dark warm place for winter.Now it shows how much narrower the rear is with stock wheels.


I am taking all the things that are ready home to paint all the insides of the panels semi gloss black like in the old days.The gar gets pretty naked.


I will take the body of the floorpan one more time in a few weeks to tidy things up.

So on with the project.

I removed the metalclips that hold the headliner on the B pilars.



And all the rest of the crap inside the car. Grin


I am trying to get the inside of the car ready for paint in the next few weeks.
