I did'nt go either. But I did last year and it was good fun. As long as it is not to cold VWs are really fun on snow. I must say that I am no big fan of winter and the white stuff though. BTW: It's still snowing..

I'm with you Rune. Not a big fan of snow and cold winters, but I had some fun yesterday. After an hour of playing in the snow with this 67 I couldn't stop smiling.
I drove old VW's daily all year until four years ago and had forgotten how fun it is.
With really old summer tires (145/205) I passed some modern cars that were stuck in the snow..

this is cool! I'd love to drive an aircooled VW in the snow, but we don't have much snow around here anymore.
