Oh yeah, no biggie... pretty much what everybody runs for a motor these days Grin

Nice car bud! Your dedication to the car hobby is impressive.

One other thing Pip, from one Unimog owner to another, how does your Mog do with the tailer? Mine is a 403 with the little 4 cyl NA diesel... extra cool, but gutless...

OK, back to the thread... sorry for the hi-jack.

Hi there,

From which year Type 1 are you using the steering column from? What modifications are required to fit?

Can't wait to see updates. This Square is really sweet. I really like the extra long engine lid. Excellent idea.

Okay, I just came. Gotta wipe my computer keyboard and monitor.

Pip, you should really be the latest in Discovery Channel Reality Shows. This thread is more interesting than Overhaulin', Wrecks to Riches and those morons at American Chopper!!

It's going to be difficult getting my car finished with what you're producing out there on the streets.

I also saw PIP's cars for sale on the samba as well.  Seems silly to say because it's so obvious but, awesome work, and awesome fabrication skills as well.  Your cars (Pip's) stand out, you definitely have your own style and not the same old $hit you see in the magazines.  One of the magazines should profile your shop and show what you guys are doing (if you were interested in that of course). We need more shops like yours in the Aircooled VW hobby.
