It was worth getting up early today to watch Stian and N20 (Roar) race against each other. Roar will keep on chasing the 9 and Stian is after for Hector Urihas record... not to mention the pan record. Congrats to both guys and thanks. Impressive stuff!

Also great to watch the Jesus sponsored Ford MK1 Escort managing a 9.09 and 252 km/h. That cossie engined little car is a struggle to keep straight with 855hp and 995nm but with help from above he improved his PB with over 1 second.

I have to also mention the impessive Lindberg bros (http://www.lindbergbros.com/) team and their amazing Chevy Nova 67. Came to "our" SCC dragway with a PB of 6.59 and managed to improve it two times today and left the dragway with a 6,44.

I wish all the drivers a really good season.

Well imperial units have been removed this year from the National Curriculum, so it's only metric for the kids from now on!

On the subject of imperial and metric...
What's the deal with imperial fastenings on aftermarket VW parts! Rocker shafts and adjuster screws are my favourite gripes Angry

Back to Stian's amazing achievement - Go get that 8!!! Cool
