I agree Brian. I got stuck in traffic on the 101 in Hollywood when I was arriving thursday night. As soon as the traffic broke and I was moving along I thought to myself, "I am cruising my car in LA, just like all the other cal-look guys did 30 and 40 years, on VW Classic weekend."

Hello everyone it was a great weekend. It was nice to meet everyone and put a face on some of you. Thank you DKK Fred for taking nice pics of my car, I've been looking for a nice pic to put on my profile  Wink, and Zach I've been watching you and Ass Hull building his 67, It's nice to see things in person and not on a screen, I really liked the seats in it. What a crazy time fun time it was it's hard to explane it, you just had to be there!

Your car is a killer! Love that Fontana Grey. Fit and finish was supurb. And good on you for driving it! I was planning on doing that with AssHull's car, but time wasn't on our side, and in hindsight I'm glad that I didn't this time.

I guess you found a gas station without a problem --- heck you probably found everything
easier than my friend BRUCE (61snrf) HE got lost on the way & on the way home -- he had
a small problem finding our post BUG-IN / post Classic eatery.....but logic prevailed........
Really glad you guys got everything handled !!! Thank goodness for the LOUNGE ,,,,,,Ron (hecker)

Right after I drove away I remembered there was a Shell station down the way, so I hit it up. Good to meet you Ron!

I couldn't agree more!!!
