Dark and messy. At least it doesn't smell too bad.

Here we go.

I should have mowed the grass before taken the pics.I took them this summer  Tongue
This is a pretty old barn where my great grand father, grandfather and father used to store cereal and livestock feed. The place I use was the loading dock (build during the late 60's or so, the rest of the building is in concrete and was built during the 30's)and where we bag charcoal with a hopper and a 60's Atlas forklift. The engine was a 6volt beetle engine. We still have it  Smiley

The Dart is a Christmas gift from parents last year.

Not the best Belgian beer, but I found it cool.

My latest buy. The old compressor took forever to catch up.

This a nice place to work, but it's a bit cold.

This is our new place. Much bigger than my garage :-)
It used to keep horses so the walls and roof is insulated and has plenty of light.
We have just moved to it, so we will get more situated after a while, but already feeling how nice it is to have plenty of space around the cars.

Here's mine from the Ultra photoshoot a fair while back, when the floor was clean!  Thanks to Mike Key and Knighty.

Bit of a homage to the building as it's soon to come down to make way for something larger :-)
Cheers

Nice garages doesn't really do them justice!
I'm amazed!

So much so, that I thought I'd share my garage view.
Here's a shot just as I'm entering........

HAHAHA!!!!

It's OK though, I'm 1/2way through building a 8m x 4.5m insulated enclosed lined shed on the other side of the house, and I can hardly wait. I've been getting everything organised for a year or so, and by winter I should have the little hotrod in there and ready to go. It will even have a flat concrete floor! WOO!HOO!  Cheesy

Poor little Bugger.........

Hang in there mate, not long now!

My brother Rod's shop set up for a 4th of July party. He kept Radical Rod stored away here for a long time before he sold it. Behind some of the building facades he has shelves and had a lot of VW parts. It is 4000 square feet of pure love.

Thanks, I actually have 2 of them.  I found them at a local public schools surplus auction.  Both work just fine.  The other one is a little older, and a little more used.

It sure makes it easy to get a Chinese 009 to work correctly.

Thanks Peter!  Last Fall, I rejoined a bunch of cycling friends from the past as well their bike club (Canyon Velo).  I noticed that most of the riders were on Ridley's and, when my old frame developed
a crack near the bottom of the seat tube, decided to try one myself.  The bike shop that sponsors our club is a Ridley dealer (imagine that!) and quickly set me up with a '13 Helium; money well spent! Grin
