hard to perfect carb tuning on internet, what you read here can be way off in real world. I'd start with 135 main jet, F2 emulsion tube, 60 fuel idle jet and 180 air corrector and make sure your float levels are exactly as Weber lists in their manual

I recently dynoed my engine with some of the same specs as yours. This is what I ended up with.
88 p/c
w-120 with 1.1 rockers
10,0 comp
Original heads with 35/32 home ported
1 5/8 merged header with duals
48 IDA with short manifolds
37 venturies
65 idle
F7 with 145 main and 160 air
Made a whopping 97 hp with belt and 105 hp without.

Seems to me I used to run 145 mains, and 160 airs with 37mm venturi (110cam, 9.0, 40mm x stock exhaust, 1-1/2 headers.). Drove it for years on the street.

I ran a 1776 with ported stock sized valve heads in the mid 80s.
I use some 34mm venturis to get the throttle response where I wanted it.

Yes, unless you run a 'hit pile of compression, small chokes would be the way to go. Back in the day, smaller than 37s were just not around...
