kaferboy ....  its a 2176 . curreently being freshened up Cheesy

jim  ..... do you recognise the oval as one you went looking at for somebody ??
i remember you telling me at nicks one time that you had been looking at a black oval out in the desert somewhere that was a right nail , and you told the person you were looking for to forget it !!!

i finally got the car to nicks one rainy night a couple of months later , i wanted to ask you about it , but it was "pissing down" (manchester expression) and although there was only about 6 of us there , i was more worried about getting a flashlight to fix my newly (pronounced NEARLY) installed wipers !!   Roll Eyes

Hmmmm....the one I looked at had a Jack Sacchette built motor.  The owner lived in Rancho Cucamonga.  Is it the one??

NICE, Trond! Can't wait to see your car finished. I'm sure you feel the same way, as well.

I have a lot of minor changes left... the piano under the backwindow is one, also I mounted black powder coated t-bars tonight.
Next is CSP's torque bar before I can put in my 2221ccm engine.
THEN I'm really getting closer :-)
SCC is not that far away and I will be mowing to my new house right in the middle of this, but I will make it :-)

Ghias don't always do it for me, but that blue car looks really good.  I'm not sure what it is.  Maybe the color and it sits real nice, that's for sure.

I like this one. Think it takes back somewhat on the original idea of the low-buck modifying that cal-look started out with iirc.
And I just like original, yet slotted, open wide 5 wheels, bit fatter in the back than front  Roll Eyes  Embarrassed
