So feb 1975 Hot VW.................is that the start and the end of magic features on the subject of Californa look? I think that there are good and bad features written and photographed but the year that comes to my mind is year 2000.......SSB on the front of Volksworld and all the mags had great fetures on cars that year. Good technical engine and gearbox build info completed the picture. Everytime I got a mag in my mail bow, time stopped and drooling I was reading and absorbing like a sponge......................I can not say that any year has been better so far, but who knows, I might be wrong!! So come on.........................what do you think.........................should we look to the 70's, 80's, 90's or.....lo and behold the present time!!! Will we see a new wave of true, time less lookers gracing the pages of our (may I say, a little tired) magazines!!!

Cool! Thank you much.

I was trying to remember all the cars.

The squarebee in the front was Brent Kooiman's (sp?). Don't remember the green ragtop or the red ghia. Then there's Lisa Maxwells Split,  "Fred's" '66 (I can't remember his real name... everyone called him Fred} Vince Ito's 65, Kevin Brennan's '57, and the brown car is Dave McNew's '67. Just over the "S" I believe the orange roof is Bill Schwimmers '70 and the second from the end is my '67.
