started really feeling the old skool rod thing too jick.............a lot Sad especially after The Executioners ,chopped and channeled flat head/bias belt whitewalls.....lazy rolling drifty burnouts and that mellow flathead rumble)it's just the whole oshgosh bib n brace sickle boots and 30,s depression cap thing snaps me back to reality

managed to visit the workshop this week and get a bunch more stuff done on the 'pan......gearbox and rear suspension etc all in now and have set a date at the end of the month to transport the body to the new workshop ...so that can be bolted straight down on the new floor.
also i dropped off my spindle mounts, discs & calipers over to Wayne at the Intergalactic hotrod shop which is really near to where my car is so he can get them all fitting & working etc which is not gonna be easy at all.....but exciting nonetheless.     well, for me at least. Wink

finally managed to get enough people together to get my 59 shell moved to the new workshop.....for the first time in years i now have all my car shit in one place.

also it was the first time ever that i've seen it outside in the sunlight since i painted it.  i'm really happy with it.  never going to win any prizes for best paint, but that wasn't my intention.
