Here's one I found in the HVWs vault. Notice who is standing behind the Revmaster car? All kinds of cool things in the background.... Check out the double stinger...

no one have more info about this car It's a East Coast car. There is a picture of it in a chop-top version in Ultra VW acticle about gasser race trailers. Dont rememder now if its this month or last. thx for the info , don't have seen the name on the quater panel those aren't the same car , watch the rear window the 1st one is a 67 and top chop is an oval 's car second is very strange she 've big mount , but no oval door handle and the rear decklid is an 67 or late model Didnt pay enough attention to the fact it was a totally different car. You are absolutely right. Either way that is a car I have never seen or heard about till that picture in Ultra VW.

Looks like a Ron and a Greg – but who's the other guy to the left in the striped top??? Darrell?
Oh, and Elvis is sat in the blue Bug at the top left of the photo.
From left to right; Mike Mahafey, Greg Aronson and Dave Patrick. You win!

I saw the unchopped CENTIPEDE run. It had a corvair motor in it. It was not as fast as I thought it would be with 6 cylinders.

Deano, I recall a similar car called "Quake". Both named after breakfast cereals, side by side at a Bug-In. While on the subject, wasn't there a two day Bug-In?

Phil, I do not recall either of these two cars at all. I was hoping Sarge and the other elders would shine some light on them for the rest of us new-borns...
