Bit more done today realised why bother with boxster hubs when you need Cayman  hubs and they seam a nicer hub and lighter Smiley

Making the hub for the brake rotor

Caymen hub is on the right

Rotors on just need to make the calliper bracket

I've got to finish the very front of the car protect the fuel cell, and work a way to hinge the flip front as it needs to go up and over.

I don't think you will need the wheelie bars with all that at the front Shocked Cheesy

I would worry that you will get some electrical interference with all that so close together, the MSD DIS  2& 4 are particularly troublesome with cross talking with other electrical signals

Keep working away on it and we might actually find out if it does or not Grin

Please educate me Andy because I got lost somewhere around where around your trailer build. You had a Porsche G50, then a Porsche 930 and now a Mendeola?

And no, I`m not a hater!

Hi

It started as a G50 when it was going to be a road car, the 930 turned out be be a no go ratios all wrong so this is the final design lol

Deco case basically a stronger mendeola that is off to Germany soon to be built fully sequential

On the intake section between the heads I think you will need something that will allow for the engine expansion, some wiggins clamps or hose similar to what Jyrki did on his build, if it is one piece it will try to pull the manifolds of or similar, welding looks nice though Cool

i have got some wiggins fitting but I changed my mind last minute as the don't have expansion on Scooby engine manifold but im comparing apples to pears , I guess I could add them if it starts to crack

a little bit more done

more window tabs

actually fitted the front air dam I think it will need to come up a bit

bit more welding up on the manifold

injector bosses in

these guys are pretty good at welding lol
