A picture would jog the mind Michael... got one? Did it run a graphic scheme that kind of looked like pixels on a printing press (if that makes any sense at all?!)

That's my old car.  Bought it in 1992 painted it purple(influenced by brits )and then redid everything in 1999. Was invited to the volksworldshow in 2000 and featured in vw-speed and volksworld. They even made a big centrefold poster in the vwspeed. i sold it 3 years ago because i wanted to go faster and better. Michael |

Got hold of some lexan margard yesterday. It is brons colored. Made a set of windows yesterday and finished it today. The color turned out really cool I think. Will make some pics during the daytime soon.   Michael |

Got the final parts of the engine back today. Decided to have the case machined for type 1 lifters because of the spring pressure I need to run.Trying to keep things light weight. Thats why I also swapped my connecting rods for a refurbished set from Ahnendorp in germany.They are tested and 600 gram llighter then originals.   I will be using the same original crank I bought some 15 years ago.It is a non counterweighted original german crank. Michael |
